I found the following press and am curious as to who made it and what it is? It looks like a swaging press to me? Thanks for the help.

Yesterday it was "found" at an estate sale web catalog. To day it has been added to my bench. I may retire the Lyman.

The one I picked up is in excellent condition and was made in San Diego. Now I have to learn a lot more about setting this up. I came with a 358 die. Do you know if anyone has a manual available for these?
Thanks.
