My custom reamer shop came threw and my new reamer works perfectly. After 3+ years working on the .458 project I have achieved the perfection and repeatable results I look for in the dies I offer and the resulting bullets they make. I am honored to offer these dies at this time and will be happy to accept orders for this great set of dies. You can't beat shooting these great bullets for the scrap price of some 40S&W brass! I haven't even checked the cost of typical commercial .458 bullets of this size and quality but the savings should come quick.
Cost is $475 for the two die set. Many additional options are availble like 45 ACP reducing dies, XTP notch die etc...
Here is a look at the final results. I am very pleased. Everything is perfect, I love the look of the new nose profile with the ellipse curve to it! Awesome but I'll let the pics speak for themselves.
Any weight is possible. I was just playing with the die for a few minutes and made 320-350 grain bullets from the 40S&W and 320-425 grain bullets using a 45ACP for a jacket. Still had a LOT of room in the die so all you 458 socom shooters should be able to make some "Heavy Hitters". I think the profile looks pretty good for you 458 win mag shooters as well. I'll let you all be the judge.

Here is a recovered 425 grain .458 bullet from my orginal design work of two years ago. It was shot into a box of earth (dirt, sand, rock, gravel etc.) from a 45-70 marlin lever action.

Good shooting and swage on!

p.s. I expect the same perfect results from the .475 and .500 reamer (all three reamers are in my possesion now) :) since it has the same tollerances that the .458 reamer has. I'll be posting pics of those two calibers very soon! It has been a long time coming, I am very excited about the potential of these bullets!
