I was thinking mine is .378. But I do know .379 to .380 will chamber and shoot well in my Legendary Frontiersman. The first boolit I tried in mine was a .379 Mid-Kansas cast with PS soft lube that worked great.

Without having to measure the groove dia., just see what is the biggest boolit that will fit in a fired case. Use them that size. Pin gauges are really useful for getting this measurement, just make sure the mouth is flared slightly so the crimp won't fool you.

i know that 379 will easily chamber in the 375 win.
i pretty sure that at some point they [win] just made a longer and shorter chamber and put different numbers on the bbl.

I bought a late manufactured '94 in 38-55 BB. I call it a BB since the groove diameter was .3805". that was bad enough, but to make matters worse the chamber was minimum sized, or less. The smallest boolit that woulod chanbe was on the small side of .377". Rechambered it for a .381" boolit. Never did get it to shoot worth a hoot. Had Taylor Machine install a .377" liner and it shoots jus fine.
