I can get some tin at the following ratios. Assuming a 20:1 mix, would the copper be a problem?

Thanks,
Craig

No. To get close to 20-1 you would need to mix 16 pounds of pure lead with one pound of this metal. That would give you ~4.81% tin, ~.59% antimony and ~ .24% copper.

Thanks Jerry,

Without giving me a total math lesson ;-), is there a simple calculator that you can throw values in to arrive at these percentages? I've seen some of Glen Fryxell's musings, but some of the math get's over my head.

you need this. I thought it was a sticky but it's not. I probably should be so it's easier to find.
