Swiss Chard .....Freeze ??

A neibor planted .......Well way to much
And she wants to give me all I can use

I already have 6 of my own plants

So I had the thought

Could I freeze some of it ?
I have never , but if I can
I could do a bunch before I have the opperation on the shoulder

We do a light steam of ours the vacuum seal and freeze.

Wash it good. Let water drain off as much as possible. Put in microwave, on high, for 1 minute. Put in freezer bags and freeze.
