New Mold

I got a new mold in the mail yesterday.From Tom at Accurate molds a 5 cavity .434-230C. This is going to be used in my Marlin 44mag 94 CB.I had him make this mold after the schedule change made by Sweed at NOE. I was on the group buy #111
I am still on the group buy but now only for a RG 2.
I cast a few up today just to see how the mold would work and there were no problems at all.The boolits just fell from the mold as it was opened. They measured right at .435 from my WW alloy and weighed 225 grs. They will be sized at .433 in a Lee die after being lube and gas checked in a Lyman 435 die.
I haven't shot any boolits from this mold yet but hope to very soon.
We as boolit casters are very lucky to have the great mold makers such as NOE and Accurate Molds as well as MiHec and even Lee.When Lee gets one right it is a real good deal for the money.

He makes nice molds doesn't he! I have one coming tommorow. It was ordered on the 10th of this month. I think he is getting backed up a little by all of the good reviews. Last one I ordered was 6 days from time I ordered.

That is certainly a fine looking mold.
I got my new collar button mold from Slovenija yesterday.
I ordered it on the 17th. Pretty good if you ask me.
The mold is awesome but it is a four banger and quite heavy for an old geezer. It even came with a seater.
If it works as good as it looks it will make jewelry.
It is so pretty,,,, Now I need to think of a new bullet to order another mold for.
It sure makes Lee molds look like cheap fishing sinker molds.

To everyone that likes this boolit you can have the same thing by going to http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?t=124104 and getting in on that group buy.Then maybe we could move it up the line to get it produced.
NOE makes just as good a mold as Accurate and it is not quite as expensive being a group buy.Also hollow points are available.................Terry
