why not allowed to post in swap & sell

Tried to post something in the swap and sell board and was told I don't have permission to do so. I reviewed the individual forum rules and it states that new members must be members for 30 days and have 25 "relevant" posts, whatever those are.

I joined over 30 days ago and have (before this) 34 posts. Why don't I qualify? I really want to see if I can swap or sell some things that other members might have a need for.
