I have 2 boxes of 1,000 per box,okay,but my question is,what are they?
I suspect BPCR....

I used many a box of those in the '60's for reloading the old paper shotgun hulls. I suspect that is what you have, "Blue Streak" wads.

Hmmm,but why are they marked .45 and then .410?

I have a partial box of those. They were for .410 paper hull reloading. Might work in 45LC shot loads that some here have been writing about.
