Turk stock

I have a 1932 turk with a badly split stock,is there any other type of mauser stock that will fit or is it a one of a kind.I put a K98k I think barrel on it and it works fine except the stock opens up at each shot Pat

As for replacements, if it comes down to that you'll have to figure out which of the several kinds of Turk Mausers you've got. They're not all interchangeable. You need to visit http://www.turkmauser.com/ for help with that. (And none were made new in 1932. That was a rebuild date for an older model rifle.)

Well I can't find a serial no. and the bolt shroud is different from the ones on the turk site but looking at the scout rifle has got me interested because that is what I was going to do. Pat

From the receiver ring back it has TC in capitals then the flag symble then AS.FA and under that ANKARA 1932.Is it a large ring or small. Pat
