My wife and son gave me a suprise party for my 50th. They tried to kill me with a keg of beer, first hangover in 15 years. I didn't take any pics myself, as soon as I get my hands on some I'll post them.

50 was good, 60 was better, 70 is best so far! My goal in life is to be cleanly shot by the jelous husband of a beautiful 21 year old bride as I go out his bedroom window at the age of 115 (or maybe more). Probably won't happen, but you should always have goals that you reach for.

Congrats on reaching half a century.
At this point, my goal is to get to 71-2-3????? A man has to know his limitations.
I used to work all day, love till midnight, and do it all again at 5AM. Now it takes me till noon to get started, so I can slow down by 3:00 and to bed by 9:00. If it weren't for the young folks around me, I might not even bother.:coffeecom

I kinda remember my 50th birthday.
my Grampaw drank his beer out of an enamel bucket. I have that bucket. I decided I was gonna fill that bucket and drink it just like he did in his honor. That man drank 1 and usually 2 of those buckets every day for 20 years. I haven't tried that since.:drinks: Happy birthday!! :drinks:

I remember my 50 th. My daughter put 50 candles on the cake and we almost had to call the F D to put out the smokey mess that resulted.

No 60,70 75 party and my surviving child didn't even say happy b day for the 76th or fathers day. And he lives in MY house.

Go figure.

Anyhow HAPPY HALF CENTURY.
