I have a Winchester 94 AE in 45 Colt. It chambers and works fine with 255 & 300gr boolits.

Will it feed 310 & 340gr LFN boolits?

Haven't tried anything bigger than the Hdy J-word in 300 grn. Do you know what the overall length will be?

You may have to play a bit with seating depth, but I've been successfully using the Lyman 457122-HP (330gr) in one, both with 45 Colt and 454 Casull (trimmed to full chamber length) brass. The Winchester 94 will handle a longer COL than most any other 45 Colt repeating rifle.

I keep reading about how fussy these 94's are with pistol cartridges but thank goodness my little Trapper can't read. ;-)
It's a youngster, built in 1991.

Mine feeds the Lee 300gr boolit crimped in either the front or rear crimp groove, but I dont know how long a 340gr would be. Wont cycle the 200gr SWC though, so go figure.
