bob, you are a lucky man. I am told this book is now quite expensive to obtain.

+2 on this book. Have had it for 10 years at least now. Very happy to have it on the shelf. I'm not sure ther is another resource out there of it's equal on this subject.

It is a great book, I bought it about 15 years ago, read it many times.
