I thought i would post pictures of my coil feed set up

This is my home made mandral made from old box section.

I then cut a piece of plywood to just under 6" to take the id of the coils,and cut a hole to fit on to the tube mandrel, I then made two side plates out of some plastic sheet to keep the coil from coming off.

At the bottom of the picture on top of the yellow disc is a locking collar to fit on the mandrel.
And here is the coil on the ready to roll .....clunk....clunk.....clunk...

Very nice set up. I have watched your video. The FCIII can sure make a lot of good checks fast. With my set up I cut 2.5 inch wide strips from aluminum sheets. I run it through the FCIII and then trim off the holes and go again. In a couple of hours can I make all the checks that I could need for a year.

Yonky, is the entire system steam powered? Industrial revolution and all that.... ;-)

Lol Jeff , not quite but I think I may just have invented the wheel though
