Stainless for cast boolits?

I'm going to get an extra barrel for my NEF Handi Rifle that iwll be dedicated to cast boolits. Both stainless and standard barrels are available for 3006, the cartridge I plan on using. Is there any preference to barrel steel type?

I use both, I can't see a measureable difference.
