I had to replace a broken front baffle on my savage 110 bolt.Should I use thread locker on the bolt screw.I thought I would never get it out this time.I'd like to be able to get it out again if I have any more problems. If so what kind of thread locker should I get? Thanks

iv'e put a couple back without it, and have no problems with them.
I just put a little oomph behind the wrench.

I would not use any but, if you feel compelled to do so use the blue, small screw, removal Loc-Tite, and only one small drop.

Small screw (purple) 222 or 222MS is good if you think vibration might be a problem.
I don't like the stuff, rarely use it unless I have a known problem with a screw backing out that can't be fixed any other way.
