First time I tried to upload or do any kind of video. Don't know if it will work, but thought someone might be interested in seeing the machines work.
Anyway, this is an ejector pin made from 3/8" steel on my Hardinge Omniturn CNC lathe.
Operations are:
Face
Turn in tapered recess behind head
Full length diameter turn
Bottom end chamfer
Final cut off
You may have to let it load first, before it will play all the way through.
