Hi,
It should melt right?, not confine and explode?
Thanks,
C.
I've put pounds of aloxed boolits back in the pot. It will smoke to high heaven and stink, but that's the worst of it. You can light a match to the smoke and it will burn and not smoke as bad. Clean the remaining crud off the top real good.

I figured as much, but am brand new to this and don't want to have an accident.

i remelted them and they did smoke to the max. this was indoors too. if i were you i would, try cleaning the alox of if you are going to remelt them inside.

Put 'em in a 5 gallon bucket with a little diesel fuel, gas or kerosene, swish 'em around real good and pour 'em out somewhere to dry. The fuel will take the alox off quick.
