Good article in June's American Hunter Magazine by Max Prasac Titled " Risky Business" Max defends handgun hunting and talks about the Debate about Muzzel Energy verus penetration and a large wound channel. He makes a good case for the effectiveness of a heavy hard cast bullet featuring a wide metplat. He takes a black bear, a cow moose and a wild hog using two different pistols, a Ruger Bisley in 44 mag and a Super Redhawk converted to .500 Linebaugh. I really enjoyed reading it.

It caught my eye because I enjoy hunting with pistols also. Hand gun hunting is much more challanging and rewarding to me.
