Anyone have a source for 8mm bullet jackets?

go to Berger bullets and buy 308 they will expand to .314 eaisly

Actually need expand to .323
Probably will just have to make flaring die & punch then.

I am currently drawing .700" 45 cal jackets to .354 then draw them again to .321 this gives me anywhere from a 175 - 200 gr bullet depending on if it is a hollow point or soft point.

A 44 mag jacket will make anything in the 150 - 170 gr range.

I have also drawn and trimmed 30 Carbine brass as 8 mm jackets, works well.

I think I have heard of people using a tapered core seating punch to flare the .308 jacket as the core is seated, just need to make sure you lube it a little and seat the core hard enough so the punch will let go of the jacket.
