Home made chamber reamer grinding.

Nice results. What machine did you do the grinding on? The edges look too uniform to be hand finished.

Looks good, now is chambering with one of these a 3 step process? First cut chamber except neck, second cut neck portion of chamber and finally cut leade/ throat, just asking.

Nice looking reamers.
I'm kind of confused though; your jpgs state that they are 45 caliber; the pilots look so much smaller. Where exactly did you grind?
I mean, were they different in appearance before you ground them; or maybe a different caliber; or did you just sharpen the existing reamers.
Either way, they do look good. When I make reamers of any kind I never seem to be able to get the kind of finish that your reamers display. Well done.

Reamers I made from old hand reamers. For pistol 4 teeth, 6 teeth for rifle.
Guides are made of brass.
