Went to the park and swap last Saturday. Picked up an RCBS Uniflow powder measure with both large and small powder drums and two different size drop tubes all in the original box. I offered the guy $18.00 for it and he said yes then said you just as well have the stand for it also as he didn't think he could sell it with out the measure. I gave him $20.00. I went away feeling a little like a cheap-scape.

Kind of makes up for all the other times you took it in the shorts doesn't it??
Good for you.

Last one I got was $48 dollars shipped from E-Bay. Couldn't believe I got it for that and only two other bidders.

I wish I knew which one of the 2 you went and found that. You know where I go, the "Y" and have yet to find anything like that.

Hi,
Ten years ago or so my wife and I would always go to the big Flea Market Extravaganzas here in Fla. during the winter. The yankees, sorry,Damn! Yankees!, would bring down junk from up North and it was fun looking for deals.

Now that E-bay and the Internet have come along, I'm lucky to see very many tools or reloading equipment. You done good on the powder measure!!!

Seagiant,

Love the Saeco measures. I only wish I had more than one. It's the best I own. It handles long extruded powders very well. With Win 748 it throws +/- .05 grains.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the nod on the SAECO measure. They actually come up on E-bay quite often and go for less than $40 a pop with the factory stand. So many have the stand that I won't buy one without it! Why they sale for that, I have no idea, they are excellent measures and I would put them up to a RCBS or Redding anyday!
