C&R license

I want to apply for a C&R license and have called to order the package of stuff to fill out and send in. A package came and it contains a big form that says Application for Federal Firearms License on it and some finger print cards. In the boxes to check there is no box for the 03 C&R license. I think I got the wrong application. There is a Water Quality form and an environmental info sheet also. Anyone with experience to share would be appreciated.

Do you have a Federal Office building in the area? e.g. FBI office? Usually there is someone there who can fix other's screw ups. Yeah, I think you got the wrong form. I didn't have to fill out those for my FFL 06.

Contact the BATF directly, and make a new specific request for the 03 license application. Don't confuse things by telling someone you got the wrong forms.
