Custom Top Punch for Saeco Lubrisizer Needed

Does anyone know of someone who makes reasonably priced custom top punches for a Saeco?

Top pumches for NEI bullets can be had from NEI. Other than that, it is possible to use an "over-profiled" factory punch and fill in with heat gun glue or epoxy butter. Just be sure and coat the bullet that you use as a mouls with release agent.
