I shoot a Lee 125 grain RN, #356-125-2R, in my 92. I load it over 4.5 grains of Titegroup or 4.4 grains of Bullseye with good results.

Cast works well for me in 9mm...in a Luger, and a Baretta 92SB. The bullets; RCBS 115 grain truncated nose and Lyman 358242,. Various powders are used. Slight taper crimps and attention to seating depth and case neck tension. Any little change in seating depth (deeper) will effect pressure. Good accuracy, no leading. LLS

I'm having good luck with the Lyman 356402 in my 92. I cast them fairly soft and put 6.0 gr. of Blue Dot behind them. Just got a 358242 and am ready to try some of those. I size them 357 and use my 357 mag expander to give them room and a very light taper crimp. Good luck

I size them .358 because that's what I have for a sizing die. Just gets them round and gets some lube in the groove. No problems seating them or chambering loaded rounds. I crimp them just enough to remove the flare.

I use the .356 Lee 124 grain tumble loob. With 4 gn. of Bullseye it has been my get 'er done round. Feeds reliably in my C9. BC

Shot a lot of cast in M9s and even a few FS's. My standard load of a 115 - 125 gr cast over 4 gr Bullseye always shoots well. I've been using the Lee 356-120-TC for several years now and it is a winner. Alloy most often is COWWs +2% tin AC'd, I size at .357 or .358 and lube with BAC or Javelina.

I have 4 Beretta 92 barrels, and every one is just under .358". I have 3 Walther P38 barrels that are about the same. I size .358" or .359" for both. All of these chambers will accept a cartridge loaded with a .359" bullet.

I have a Browning HiPower which has a chamber that will not accept a cartridge loaded with a bullet over .356".

Load some dummy cartridges with the size bullet you intend to use. If they don't feed or chamber, you will have saved yourself lots of grief.
