My 20+ year old size die needed to be replaced due to a
very small piece of material embeded in the die. This caused
a scratch on each piece of brass sized. I called Dillon and
tried to buy a new die but they would not let me! Instead
they sent me one at no cost. Thanks Dillon! If this one lasts
as long as the last one I will insist on paying for the replacment.

Good Health and good shooting!

Never had a bad turn from Dillon. They've rebuilt a couple of my machines and replaced numerous items for no charge. I know, you pay it up front but I'd rather do it that way knowingly than take the short end of the stick afterwards.

I knew a fellow that had a fire and burned his up, Dillion replaced it free.

The best part of the Dillon warranty for me is that I have never had to use it.

Well... I have used the warranty a lot... but I maintain a lot of very well used Dillon presses. I have broken stuff no one should be able to break. Dillon always comes through. It's nice to work with a company you can depend on to stand behind their products.

I've had great service too. I had a porous casting on one of the old powder measures and one day I heard a crack. I stopped took the measure off and part of the casting was in my hand. They sent me a new one. Got here pretty quick!

I took a SDB in there while in Scottsdale, they rebuilt it and handed it back.

All this for free.

The true tests of a companies integraty is their return policy and customer service.

It is pretty well known that Dillon is at the top of the heap, this thread just confirms it one more time.

I personally do business with them every chance I get.

IMHO they have the best engineered reloading tools in the business. The resale value of thier products is always nearly 90-100% or at leaast close. The product has to be THAT good in order to command such secondary pricing.

Since the demand is high for used machines the prices stay high.

The demand is high because the product is that good.
