has any one used the 45cal speer plastic bullets in 45 LC cases? speer says the 45 cal is for 45acp only, I don't see why they won't work in the 45lc case.thanks guys

Heck yeah they work. However, once the primer fires it jumps back a little and will tie up the cylinder. And don't tape an IPSC cardboard target to a cheap apartment door. You'll find a bunch of holes when you take down your target.

If you drill out the flash hole with an 1/8" drill on a few cases, the primers won't back out and lock up the cylinder.
Now about that door...............

thats what I needed to know, tomorrow I am going try to make a few glue boolits, saw it done on you tube, he just filled the mould, then cut the sprues, no putting in a freezer or any thing else. thank you

I use glue sticks 1/2 ln.I load them as wadcutters.See Ammosmith.com site

I have a few Colt cases that had small neck splits. I trimmed them down, opened up the flash hole and started banging away. YMMV
