aa-1680 through rx-7 seem the most popular.
i use 1680 and aa-2230 cause i have it.
the 1680 gives me both oomph and accuracy in both the win and marlin.
and in the shorter 375 supermag too.

In the two Marlin 375's I used to have I used AA1680 with the Sierra 200 grainer , H335 with the Hornady 220 grainer and XMP5744 with the Ranch Dog 379-210GC and RD 379-235GC .

Sold them both before I ever tried anything hotter with the cast loads !

Good morning
Do not have my load book on the 375's down here with me but I do know after I bought my first gallon jug of 1680 to use in SKS loads it started getting alot of use in the 375 SM and 38 caliber lever rifles. It is about all I use anymore in those when up north there.

RX7 is the only powder I ever tried but I was easier to please back then.

Ken Waters did a "Pet Loads" article on the 375 Winchester in the Winchester '94 when they first came out. His best accuracy load with cast bullets was 18 grs of IMR 4227 with a plain base bullet in the 230-45 range. I used that load in my Browning 38-55 and it was very accurate and chony'd about 1450 fps. For a hot load he used 3031, 34 grs I think with a Barnes bullet, I have to look at the article again to be sure, but I am sure on the cast bullet one above. He tried RX-7 and a number of other powders, but those two stood out for him.

My loads are in 38-55 cases, but 1-12" twist, so very similar. My boolit of choice is the Lyman 375449(280gr w/GC and lube). really accurate loads:

26gr Reloader 7
28-30gr AA2015
30-32gr AA2200

I would expect H322 to fit into this range, but haven't tried it.

My rifle is a Savage 1899 rebored/rechambered from 30-30 to 38-55. In that the rear of the chamber is a bit large, I tend to load for accuracy rather than outright speed. The above loads aren't hard on my cases. My suggestion would be AA2015 over Reloader 7 because 2015 seems far more linear in pressure rise than Rx7.
