Not me. After I finished derimming a bunch of 22LR I tried a few 22 Mag. I got about half a dozen through the die with a great deal of pressure. Then I got one stuck halfway. After driving it out of the die with a brass rod, it was a bitc* to get it off the punch. One jacket was pushed halfway into the one above it. I'll just recycle my 22 Mags. I did have 4 nickel cases that derimmed easily. They were a little longer than the 22LRs. Could they be Stingers?

It is easier to use the 22mags/17hmr cases for .243 jackets in my opinion. I am collecting all I can for upcoming 243 dies.

Usually 22LR derim dies and punches are specifically made for the exact dimintions of the 22LR case.

I use 22mag to make really heavy 22cal bullets (up to 100gr), also for 6mm, 6.5mm, 270, & 7mm. I pick them up when ever I see them lying on the ground. I have a couple of cans set out at our range marked as such to collect also. I also use 17HMR for 6mm & light 270cal.
