What is shown is a cupcake mold...some folks use the word "muffin" instead of cupcake. It is a Chinese knockoff of what was produced by Griswold and Wager and some others years ago. It is sturdy and not expensive even when new and is just right for making ingots. Suggest keeping it either oiled or sprayed with something to prevent it from rusting when not in use. Some users fill the cups only half full to make the ingots smaller so as to fit them easier in casting pots and also because when all cups are filled to the brim then the whole unit will weigh well over 20 pounds and can be tough to turn over when dumping the ingots. I have found that Chinese products always come up short. This is a perfect example, only 11 charge holes!:kidding:
