Gas check for .515 diameter, 500 grain bullet

I am looking for gas checks for a 500 grain bullets with a .515 diameter, it is bullets thrown from the Lee 515-500-F boolit. These GC can be aluminum or copper. My brother shoots these bullets out of a Quigley type of rifle. This is flat based bullet no GC style of boolit.

I need to find maybe 500 of these, maybe a thousand if some buddy can make that many for me.
