I have come up with a case ejector for the lee challenger breech lock press, I made the protype out of a strip of .014 gas check material, it is 3/16" wide and about 4" unformed. if any one is intrested I can make a drawing of it, also I have come with one for most other presses. I am working on refining it.

I would like to see it but only if it does not interfere with other work you are doing, because I have enough projects which I have yet to finish.

Certainly a semi automatic or automatic case ejector of some type is useful for a single stage if the primary purpose of the SS is for depriming/forming etc. The repetitive action of removing one case and then inserting the next takes up a boatload of time over 100 -150 cases.

here is the latest version, the photos show the ejector made with a single thickness of flashing alu. make it with a double thickness, fold it with the fold line at the top, it works a lot better with a double thickness. also you can make it by bending it into a 1/4 circle instead of square bends. the mount is a 1/8"x1/2"x4" peice of alu. stock. please ask any questions you have. it don't get any simpler than this.:-D

It does look simple but effective. Thanks for the picture.
