Somewhere along the line a mold I haven't used for 35+ years is missing the screw & washer that holds the sprue plate in place.
Where can I get a new screw? I haven't contacted Lyman yet.
Thanks,
See if this will help you ?

If it is an old SC with the odd screw pitch they are tough to find. A tap may be your best friend.

Well if he hasn't used it in 35+ years, I'd say it qualifies as old! :)
The new moulds are tapped 10x32 AfricanHunter. Yours undoubtedly is tapped 10x36. Close, but no cigar. It can be tapped out to x32, the coarser thread will have a larger root diameter than the x36. Mostly.
I would look around for an old screw were it mine. A want ad here?
Good luck. :)
By the way, welcome to the forum.
