Taurus PT 1911 rear sight cut?

Hey Guys,
I have got a SS Taurus PT 1911 and would like to put an adjustable rear sight on it. It has the factory Heinie sights on it and they do not shoot POA with the best load that I have got for the gun. I have not seen any sights that have a Heinie cut and was wondering if it is the same as a Novak cut?
Any ideas?

Let me guess, they shoot low or low/left? This is a common issue with the PT1911, I have one in blue that does the same. I'd love to know where/how to get adjustable sights installed as well.
