Looking for a different mould.........

Hopefully I won't have to go the custom route but I am looking for a 270 gr. 45 caliber mould with a .454 diameter in something like a SWC/Keith design with a gascheck. I know the RCBS design of their 270 gr. SAA 45 caliber mould would be great for what I want if it was gaschecked but they said it would cost about $325.00 to make it have a gascheck. I already have a couple of 300 gr. moulds and 255 gr moulds with gaschecks. Any ideas, I know, I know it looks like the custom route which I think I can do without.

Have you looked at the Lee heavy bullet mold ?:castmine:

I have Lee's 255 and 300 gr moulds. haven't seen the ones listed as Heavy Bullet Moulds. But then again I miss a lot some days.

lyman makes a 255 gas check mold. At least they did as i have one.

have you checked our NEI molds ? they bake a lots of big bullets.
