Turkey hunters?

My original obsession. Youth day here, is Saturday. As soon as I type this I'm headed out to check on the bird my young hunter and I have been looking at.

I have been keeping track of a few toms myself. Two grandsons want to go, I will have the Brown Bess tuned up and we will get which ever they want to use, either muzzleloading or modern.
Last night as I was doing the evening check, I was feeding the catfish, had turkeys gobbling on the roost and deer snorting at me in the pasture. To think I could have moved to the condo on the golf course.

I ran my Knight TK2000 through the paces yesterday. Pattern was just as I remembered. Dirt Farmer, me thinks you are much better off where you are than the condo route. I heard the turkeys the other morning at 7:08 AM. I wouldn't trade that for a fine house in town.
