Lead shot

I found a place locally that I can buy lead shot that is rejected and sent back to be remelted. He said it is at least 3% sb and a trace of sn, $1.00 a pound. Will this make good boolits? Is it a fair price?

a lot of the smaller shot like used for trap is 5-6%.
magnum marked is usually the higher percentages.
if it hasn't been graphited that would be a bonus.
but rejected shot would make nice boolits.
a little tin and some soft to cut it with would make a pretty decent alloy.
