So I came into a little coin from selling some stuff and I emailed Tom over the weekend with a design I was interested in. He emailed me back Sun nite with the design # in the catalog and I ordered it Sun nite.
Mold arrived on Thursdays mail!!! 4 days from order to delivery. Thanks Tom for another excellent mold

So what mold number is it? C'mon, details man, details.

And yes, Tom's service is as good as his molds are...

I have to agree. You tell Tom what you want and that's exactly what you get.

Tom is by far the BEST custom mold maker we have on this site.

OK Here it is 50-460 http://i891.photobucket.com/albums/ac115/dnotarianni/DSC_0014.jpg

And his big brother from an earlier purchase 50-620 http://i891.photobucket.com/albums/ac115/dnotarianni/DSC_0015.jpg

I have found that I like the heavier slugs better so check out the classified area for the 325gr gc I am selling

Nice, very nice. I also prefer to go with the heavier-for-caliber slugs in the more powerful cartridges, like .357 Mag, .41 Mag, .44 Mag., .458 Win.Mag., etc.

I would bet those 620's would do a very nice job on brown bears and other unruly critters..

Now that was just mean.

I'm considering getting into casting when what I really want to do is swage, because the brass molds are shinier than swaging equipment.

Well, Tom certainly has earned every kudo he has received here. It's nice to know we WILL get what we pay for when buying a mold from Accurate. Like many of us, I will be buying more. enjoy Mike

Tom now makes all of my custom molds except for a few Group Buys that have Hollow Point versions available ! Show him a sketch or send a bullet and he will duplicate it to your specs. If your specs are not reasonable he will discuss it with you and improve on your ideas before producing the catalog drawing. I love his detailed drawings and ordering system ! The man is organized, systematic, and VERY quick. Instant service!

Have any of you ever seen mold cavities this beautifully machined before?
Have you noticed the small engineering improvements Tom is continually adding to his molds.
Amazing ! :)

The best casting mold I have by far is a 3 cavity 245gr .311 mold that Tom made for me, it is aluminum rather than brass, boolits fall like water from it. Second best is a 200gr MP 45 HP, only second due to the fact that it is an HP and that takes a little more to deal with, third is a 22 caliber 4 cavity by NOE, no matter what I do I have that one cavity that hangs, been deburred and even VERY lightly LEEmented, still hangs.
