1st is Italian Ordnance Revolver, 10.4mm.
https://www.google.com/search?num=30&hl=en&safe=off&q=italian%20ordnance%20revolver&um=1&ie=UTF-8&tbm=isch&source=og&sa=N&tab=wi&ei=TARyT6XFJoeuiAKQiJC4DA&biw=1120&bih=569&sei=5gRyT-KCFKmhiQKAyoziDA

2nd is .41 Action Express. IMI = Israeli Military Industries. The rebated rim is 9x19 size so it can be chambered/used in autos with that bolt face setup.

Wasn't much of a test:).

41AE = 41 Action Express.

Developed to turn your Browning HP or CZ 9mm into a real fighting handgun. Just swap out the barrel and magazines to change calibers.

Never was very popular. The rebated rim sometimes caused feeding problems.

The 10mm made it obsolete and the 40 S&W drove a stake through its heart. :violin:

Sad, because the .41 A.E. was a better cartridge than the .40 S&W, and the 10mm beat them both!

I remember when Shooting Times displayed an article in 1992, entitled "The battle of the mid-bores."

They told of how the .41 A.E was a ballistic twin of the .40 S&W, but maintained that it exhibited better accuracy than the smaller .40 S&W. :coffee: :?
