We have wonderful news!
Sightmark has just announced a new Super Scope version of their "Triple Duty" line.
6-25x56mm with a 35mm tube. I ordered one this afternoon to stick on my DPMS 308 Sniper model.
Tremendous field of view with that big tube and objective lens, and retail is just under $400.
