700gr Grand Canyon results

Here are some impressive results from this group buy.
The round HP pictured was shot at 900fps using WW+2% tin which gave a hardness of 11. shot out of a 8 3/8" S&W 500.
Should get the same results from the 400gr John Ross Alley Cleaner which will be coming soon.

Wonder what the range is before they start to keyhole? I just came in from shooting the 450 gr Ross with the Lomond Load and the first shot keyholed at 25yrds the next 2 went in the 10 ring and after that I was bleeding and rattled and hade flyers. Of course I was barehanded and had wooden badger grips. I switched over to the trailboss loads and liked it alot more. Puttin them all in the center,but now my hand is sore so I think I will put a bandade on it.

I wonder what the penta would look like expanded? I need to cast some of these up but none of my friends want to shoot them.They shot some Ranger Ricks 700gr. and that was it for them. HA!!!
