Does anyone know who can freshen up a pitted 50cal TC Hawken barrel? And how much to do this? Or would I be $ ahead to buy a new one?

Probably be cheaper to buy a new one. Unless you want to find components for a .52 cal Hawken.

Ed Rayl in Gassoway, West Virginia also does that. His workmanship is excellent from what I've read on the American Longrifles forum. Unfortunately he doesn't have a website.
