My wife and I current live in a small (750 square foot) appartment, hopefully we will be in a house soon. The wife has been on me about getting the reloading room cleaned up, or what she calls "The Kitchen".

I have anywhere from 5,000 to 10,000 rounds loaded at any given time. How do I do that in a such a small apartment you ask. Well here are a couple pictures of my setup.

Hand me down kitchen table from the 70's

Custom reloading box, with LEE 4 hole turret press, Hornady power measure, RCBS beam scale, and 2 clamps.

What if I want to load rifle ammo on a single stage press or size cast bullets you ask. Simple, move the box back and clap the other board on the table, it has a Hornady single stage and a Lyman 45 bullet lube/sizer bolted onto. I use a small desk lamp with a 100watt light bulb as a lube heater.

Say some of my brass is getting long and needs to be trimmed. Use the small spring clamps to stick the Hornady case trimmer on the table.

Where do I keep all my powder, primers, and dies? I claimed a cabinet in the "laundry room"

All my casting is done on the back deck and I have a tumbler in a closet upstairs. Hopefully we can find a house with enough room soon so I can have my own reloading/gun room, but I get by right now.

I lived out of an Army wooden footlocker with a reinforced top for 23 years with my reloading. Pot, press, scales, powder measure, dies, sizer and moulds. Occaionally it was augmented by a wooden stool to clamp a press or sizer on. You have loads of room./beagle

I gotta say dk17hmr is very organized. Very impressive. I once thought I had enough space until my wife decided to add stuff unrelated to reloading to the pile. It's getting real tight. It seems no matter how much space we have, someone finds a way to fill it up.
