Boolit weight before or after resizing/lube

When I look up loading data for a particular boolit weight, should I be looking for weights before sizing, lubing and gas checking? Or after all of that when they are ready to load in the casing and weighed? Probably not that it really makes much difference since we start loading low and work up loads until we reach some limit anyway, like barrel leading or pressure signs, or erratic behavior on the target?

Your only adding 3 to 5 grains of weight to the boolit. Not enough to make any real difference.
