Never heard of them before. Any idea? Better than RCBS?

Thank you. They look well made. One thing to remember with older dies is that you may not want to set them as you would a new set. Many of the older dies were built so you can fit your cartridges to your chamber and as such you do not screw the die in until it touches the shellholder. Another thing is that they may not sue a standard decap pin available today, not a big problem but if you need to get things loaded friday night before a match or hunt it may not be a great situation.

I would bet if the dies were taken care of, i.e. no rust or big scratches, they will do very well.

What cartridge is die for?

No "offence" meant to anyone....was just tongue in cheek attempt at humor based on how the word "dies" could be misconcrewed in the thread title........appologies to those offended.

Looks like one of my Herters dies. I'd give CH 4D a call. http://www.custombrassandbullets.com/index.html
