Any experience with Garrett Industries Kydex/Leather Holsters?

I really like Kydex holsters, but I'm not too fond of the wear on the pistol or the noise. I read about Garrett holsters and I like the idea of the of a leather lined hybrid holster for conceal carry. I always carry IWB and I was looking at the silent thunder fusion http://garrettindustries.mybigcommerce.com/silent-thunder-fusion/ or the silent thunder IWB http://garrettindustries.mybigcommerce.com/silent-thunder-iwb/ . I like the IWB because you have the option to switch it over to cross draw. Easy on/off is a must for me also- I live on a military base and you cannot have that stuff on when you come through the gate. Anyone have experience with Garrett Holsters?

Oh, it would be for a full size 1911.
