Greetings Casters and Castettes.

I've been a long time visitor of this site and for over a year I've been loading store bought cast bullets.

Well, I finally decided to jump on board and start casting for myself.

Here's an unboxing video of what I got to get myself started casting:

I did lots of reading on this forum, and have learned so much from all the very knowledgeable users that I felt I had to sign up to say Thank you!

Welcome aboard joedude,

I didn't watch your video, I have terminally slow dial-up. Stay safe and scrounge what lead you can.

You didn't look happy enough when opening all your new goodies!!! Welcome though and it looks like a very nice start into casting. Of course, please be safe! I'm sure you've read threads on safety. I'll be checking out your other vids probably tomorrow :) -Brad

Great Thanks! Yeah I was really excited - but probably should have shown it a little more eh?? hahah

Here's what I accomplished in the afternoon, My first Batch!

Since taking the picture, I've tumble lubed (used way too much LLAlox as every noob apparently does), sized and GC'd them all. Awesome!

Good video, my favorite is going to be the 41 magnum Blackhawk. Second choice is the 44 special (the avatar). Looks as though you're really enjoying life!
