I didn't know where to post this so I'll try here. Has anyone here ever used Sellier & Bellot large rifle primers? Graf & Sons has them on sale and thought I might give them a try. I have been using CCI and Win ones. Thanks

Not yet, but I have the same curiosity you and KB have. I know their brass is decent to reload but their .22 LR ammo is TERRIBLE.

maybe I posted this in the wrong area. I just hate to buy them if they have a bad track record, but the price looks good on them.
Couple of years ago used maybe 5000 of them, mostly SP, but also SR, LR and LP.
-not as soft as f.e. Federal primers, but not too hard either.
-no fitting problems like in Magtech primers (Magtech LR is too "tall" for some primer pockets)
-all in all I had no problems what so ever with S&B primers. There is nothing fancy in them but they work.
I'm curious:What is the price in US?
Here S&B's price is usually the same (or sometimes higher) that Federel, CCI, Magtech, Winchester,

Thanks for the feebback Ola....about $23.00 for 1000
For that price I would be using ONLY S&B primers. I really would like saving over 50 %.
I wonder why they are so inexpensive over there..
