need to convert Spartan to small primers

Hello all, I have been using the Spartan press with the large primer adapter
plunger sleeve etc. This is the way I bought it but now I wish to change over
to installing small primers. What new parts do I need ? I sent email to Lyman
but thought I would ask you guys also. I just love this little press, I stopped using
my old Lee Challenger because it is totally open in the front.

The only part you re-use is the spring. There is a different, (smaller) punch and collar that gets swapped onto the priming arm. I loaded a lot of ammo on a Spartan. Great little presses.

Assuming you have the primer arm with the punch and spring for large primers you can add an
RCBS cup and spring for small primers and be fully equipped. (It may be that Lyman hasn't the parts.)
