Of you folks who have wild hogs around for the taking. We don't have them in here in Montana. A friend of mine went to Texas last year and shot a bunch of 'em. He gave me a couple bags of ribs to try out.
Put the ribs in a roasting pan with a chopped up onion and a can of beer.
Cook low and slow most of the day in the oven at about 250, make sure it dont run out of beer.
about 2hours before diner time. pour off the beer, and the now spent onions, replace the onions with fresh ones if wanted and smother the pile in your favorite BBQ sauce and cook till feedin' time.
Holy buckets that was some TASTY GRUB!
