Need help with 30 carbine mags

Ok I have a universal m1 carbine and I want more 15rd mags I found some Korean ones on CTD but alot of people said they don't work in universals and the bluing is not real it's paint has anybody tried these and how hard would it be to get these blued I want them to last a long time

I have several of the 15 and 30 round Korean mags. I bought mine from Wideners. Mine were blued. I used mine in USGI and Plainfield carbines with good results.

My brother has a Universal M-1 and bought a bunch of the Korean 15 round mags new in the wrapper. The fed and cycled in his fine. Can't say I noticed the finish wasn't blued. Finish seemed to be holding up well last time I saw them, but he doesn't take it in the field though.
